Upvas Potato Sabji


[for 4 persons]
50 gm peanuts
1/2 kg potato
1 tablespoon ghee / oil
1/2 teaspoon jeera
3 -4 green chilly
salt for taste


soak peanuts for 3-4 hours in water
potato for 4 persons 
boil both peanuts and potato in water till cooked soft 

let it cool
peel the cover, chop in small pieces

heat ghee/oil on pan
add jeera, let it sizzle
add pieces of green chilly 
add the potato to the pan and stir it
now add the cooked peanuts

add salt for taste and now cover it up for 5 minutes for steam to cook it a bit further

ready to serve !
