sabudana khichdi for 'lockdown'




1 cup sabudana - person
1/2 cup roasted crunchy peanut [in small piece size of sabudana]
2 green chilly
1/2 tea spoon jeera
1 teaspoon ghee
1/2 teaspoon salt



wash sabudana in water and then soak in 1 cup water for 6-8 hours
add peanut mixture
add salt
mix well

take deep pan
add ghee - let it heat up
jeera
green chilli [small pieces]

add the mixture
stir well
keep cover and let is steam for 5 minutes

sabudana's color becomes transparent = its ready
